We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Liability for content
We are responsible for our own content on these pages under the general laws. We are not, however, obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to look for circumstances that indicate unlawful activity. Liability is only possible from the moment we become aware of a specific infringement. Once we learn of such an infringement, we remove the content without delay.
Liability for links
In our portfolio we may link to third-party offerings, such as the App Store, Google Play or project websites. The provider of a linked page is always responsible for its content. Permanent monitoring of linked content is not reasonable without concrete indications of an infringement. Once we learn of an infringement, we remove such links without delay.

The projects, names and logos shown in the portfolio are protected as well and may not be used without our consent.
The source code is not open source. It is kept in a closed repository and is not published under a free license.
Image credits and fonts
The mark and all images are our own; some portfolio images were created with AI tools. The fonts Michroma, Manrope and JetBrains Mono are licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are served from our own server. The 3D emblem uses three.js under the MIT License. Apple, the Apple logo and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Other software components are subject to their respective licenses; we will send a list on request.
