Privacy Policy
Last updated October 27, 2026.
1. Who we are
This website (“CODE LABOR”) is operated by Fluxera LLC, 75 E 3rd St, Ste 7, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or request, email contact@code-labor.com.
2. The short version
- We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and this website does not set cookies.
- We collect only what we need to deliver the site, answer your inquiry and run the free website check.
- We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Information we collect
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider processes technical data that every browser sends, such as your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and browser and operating system details. This is needed to deliver the site securely and to defend against attacks.
When you contact us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive the information you provide: name, email address, project type, preferred time and meeting type, and your message. If your email app opens instead of the form, the message is sent through your own email provider.
When you use the free website check
We receive the website address you enter. Our server fetches that site's homepage once and analyzes its publicly delivered response headers and HTML; no attacks are carried out and no forms are submitted. The result is cached for up to 15 minutes. To prevent abuse, your IP address is held in memory for about one minute to limit the number of checks; it is not stored permanently. Please only check websites that are publicly accessible.
Spam protection
If spam protection is enabled, the contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile. Technical characteristics of your browser and device and your IP address are sent to Cloudflare to determine whether the request comes from a human. Turnstile does not use advertising cookies.
Stored on your device
The site stores your sound settings (on/off and volume) and your language choice in your browser's local storage. This information never leaves your device, and you can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
4. How we use information
- to deliver and secure the website,
- to answer your inquiry and prepare a quote or project,
- to provide the website check you requested,
- to prevent abuse and to comply with legal obligations.
5. Service providers
The website, the contact form, email delivery, the website check and spam protection run on Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA), which processes data on our behalf. Fonts and libraries are served from our own server, so no data goes to Google or other font and script providers. We may disclose information if required by law.
6. How long we keep information
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting business relationship, and delete them afterwards unless we are legally required to keep them. Website check results are cached for up to 15 minutes; the IP address used for rate limiting for about one minute. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider according to its retention periods.
7. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live – for example in California under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) or in other states with comprehensive privacy laws – you may have the right to:
- know and access the personal information we have about you,
- correct inaccurate information,
- delete your information,
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do neither),
- not be discriminated against for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email contact@code-labor.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also use an authorized agent. We do not collect sensitive personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of; we also honor Global Privacy Control signals by default.
8. Visitors from the EU, EEA and UK
If the General Data Protection Regulation applies to you, we process your data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), on the basis of our legitimate interests in a secure website and in answering inquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and – for the consent checkbox in the contact form – on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and you may lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority in your country. Your data is processed in the United States; Cloudflare is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
9. Children
This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
10. Security
The site is served exclusively over HTTPS (TLS) and uses strict security headers. We use technical and organizational measures to protect your information against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access.
11. Changes
We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
